I am no longer able to accept returns on the basis of the wrong size or color having been ordered. (If you receive a size or garment color other than what you actually ordered, that counts as a material defect and that will be replaced or refunded.)

your order number;
a photo of the merchandise clearly displaying the material defect;
and whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of its delivery, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need to provide the order number.
